Lake Frances is being developed by Lake Frances Development, Inc., a member of the LandTech group, LandTech Incorporated of South Carolina, a private real estate development, marketing and management firm. We refer to ourselves as residential developers. In fact, however, we are builders — not of homes — but of pre-planned communities where there is never a question of what the end product will be.  The “vision” for a particular community will always be depicted and made available for all to see before the first sale of a home or home site is made, but we know it is one thing to talk about your vision, yet quite another to build it. At each LandTech community, you will see a similar banner (see the PDF) posted at the entrance, which shows that “vision” equals “reality” at a LandTech community.
