Lake Frances is located on Ramblin Road just off Platt Springs Road, within three miles of the Columbia Metropolitan Airport, three and half miles from I-20, and less than 10 miles from the Town of Lexington. Access to I-20 and I-77 is within minutes of the community at anytime of the day.

The City of West Columbia is located in the eastern portion of Lexington County, along the Congaree and Saluda Rivers, and is within the Columbia metropolitan area, is easily accessible via Highway 378. West Columbia has easy access to the Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
Downtown Columbia, the capital city and home base for the University of South Carolina, is the center for politics and the arts, and offers a variety of dining, sports and entertainment venues. The Columbia Inferno Minor League Hockey Team plays right downtown. And the Colonial Center is not only home to the USC basketball team, but numerous concerts and other attractions.
